Ktm Husqvarna GasGas Radiator protections for hard enduro bikes
Since we all like venturing far out of the beaten track, often out of GSM coverage area, there is always the risk of getting the bike to slip or escape from our control and break essential parts.
The clutch cover was designed to replace the OEM cover on the gnarliest enduro trails, assuring the rider’s piece of mind and safety.
Made of T6 Aircraft grade aluminium the T6 billet aluminium Radiator Guards provide the ultimate protection for your enduro bike.
Your Radiator Guards undisputable advantages are:
- The Heavy Duty Radiator Guards are all CNC milled out of a block of T6 Aluminium;
- The Heavy Duty Radiator Guards do not restrict cooling and airflow on the radiators;
- The Radiator Guards do not interfere with the radiator fans;
- The Radiator guards do not retain dirt, leaves, etc, they are cut in the lower section to clear all the dirt and debris;
- The installation is made on the radiator standard mounting points;
- The design guarantees side and front impact protection;
Installation:
The installation of the Heavy Duty Radiator Guards is taking some time but is totally worth it. Following our test installations we can estimate about 30 minutes for both guards, including bike cleaning in the installation, area, radiator checking and radiator protection installation.
The guards use the standard radiator mounting points and bolts.
Just unscrew the OEM bolts, keeping in mind their different lengths and position on the OEM clutch cover, replace the oil gasket and reinstall the OEM screws.
Tighten the screws according to the OEM manual torque values and you are good to go!
